I usually bake the bread in the oven, but I think it's easier in the crockpot. I've just started using a crockpot, and I've never had this work in any other recipe. The recipes I've tried using an oven usually take about an hour, and the bread I bake in the oven usually takes 45 minutes. I think the crockpot is done when you hear a sizzling sound coming from the top. So far I've had no issue with it, but I usually listen very carefully to it, and so far it's been perfect. Make sure to watch the butter as it browns, you don't want it burnt.
I love this recipe. I've made it twice now, and it's come out delicious each time. We love the addition of the bourbon. I've made with butter (good) or lard (not so good). I've added chopped apples and raisins (good) and chopped pecans (not so good). I've chopped the apples and pecans fine, and I've chopped them coarsely (not so good). I've added half of a can of pumpkin (good) and a half of a can of applesauce (good). I've used honey instead of brown sugar (not so good). I've baked the bread in the oven (good) or in the crockpot (not so good).
Peer Group Questions – Think about the size of the private equity firm and the industry you are applying to. How did the firm decide to go with that size? Can you think of a situation where a firm would consider a different size? What kind of questions would you ask to determine whether a particular size or industry is right for you?
To decide which one should you opt for, one needs to look at the business as a whole. Doing so will give a better understanding of how the business functions, how profitable it is, how the management team is doing and what problems it might face in the future. It also helps to determine if there are any other reasons as to why you should or shouldn’t be interested in the company. Companies with a higher ROE are considered more attractive as well as have a higher Return on invested capital (ROIC). This helps determine if you need to invest in the company. 827ec27edc
