Hi, I sent a message to support, I gave them my serial number and they said that it was for a 12/20 version of CS2. I also sent them screen shots of that version. They also said that they could not send me any help for that version, that I would have to wait until the next version came out. Any ideas on what I can do to get CS2 help?
I have the same problem as yours and I'm trying to use the activation code to activate the software. I can't find the download image of the disk, only the install image, which I can't download because when I try it asks me to download the whole photoshop.
I am having no luck with this activation issue. I have installed the latest version of Photoshop and my customer support has said that I need to enter the code in the upper right hand corner of the screen. I have done this numerous time and still does not work. They told me that the forums would help. Can someone PLEASE help me?
